Madison County DA office blames COVID for delay in charges in fatal crash; Driver arrested on multiple charges

A fatal crash on Nov. 27, 2021, claimed two lives and injured five others in Huntsville. However, nearly a year later no one has been arrested or charged and the family of the victims says they are tired of excuses.
