
The man charged with intentional murder in the death of Kimber Mills has bonded out of jail.

There are now three people facing charges in connection with the October 19 bonfire shooting that claimed the life of Cleveland High School cheerleader Kimber Mills.

Jefferson County Circuit Judge Kandice Pickett ruled the suspect in the shooting of four people did not meet the requirements to be held in jail according to Aniah’s Law.

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said after the death of Kimber Mills, 18, of Oneonta, the man accused of shooting her and three others is now charged with murder.
