Tyson Foods is denying claims it is replacing American citizen workers for illegal immigrants. The meat and poultry manufacturer and processor claimed information stating otherwise is false.

Metal pieces found in Tyson Fun Nuggets prompts recall; Injury reported

Tyson Foods, Inc. recalled some 29-ounce plastic bags of Fun Nuggets Breaded Shaped Chicken Patties after consumers reported finding small metal pieces in the food. There was at least one minor oral injury associated with the recall.

Tyson Farms Settlement dollars to be used for 3 projects in 2 Alabama counties

As part of the settlement of the lawsuit, the Attorney General created a Restitution Fund Oversight Committee to oversee the projects that are designed to enhance the State’s natural resources, increase recreational opportunities, and benefit the environment and public health in the impacted areas.
