Libs of TikTok, a page on X that exposes the most extreme left-wing propaganda cases, released a video showing Advance Auto Parts' diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) training.

Documents obtained by Libs of TikTok show the company embraces "the diversity of people, thoughts, skills and experiences."

The company targets "underrepresented" and minority groups.

"HR teams are expected to ensure the execution of DEI strategies throughout the company's hiring process to make sure recruitment is as diverse as possible," the video reveals.

The company has pledged to hire women and people of color for leadership positions.

Employees who do not conform to the DEI philosophy will be held accountable, according to the training documents. This can include "biased behavior" or "microaggressions."

While the materials state the company will not tolerate discrimination or harassment, the Advance Auto Parts Foundation offers recruitment and scholarships based on ethnicity, gender and sexual preferences.

In 2021, Advance Auto Parts president Tom Greco explained that the company was committed to DEI.

"We know a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the marketplace we serve makes us a better company and has a direct impact on our financial performance," he said in a letter to employees. "Creating an environment where every team member feels valued, supported and equal also makes Advance a desirable place to work, as evidenced by team member feedback in our annual organizational health survey."

Greco said he felt DEI work needed to extend to other parts of the automotive industry.
