First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

—Martin Niemöller

The above words are ones that chill me to the bone. To know that remaining silent because something doesn’t directly affect you, or that not taking action against something you know is wrong makes you just as guilty as those committing the act is definitely a hard pill to swallow for anyone.

I often hear reasons why people shy away from standing up for what is right. “It isn’t my circus and they are not my monkeys,” they say, or, “I have my own problems to deal with.”

Maybe you’ve been living under a rock, but this whole world is one giant circus! If we don’t cage the monkeys, we will all be dealing with problems worse than what we are dealing with now.

Tucker Carlson is one who appeared to be standing up for right. He had no fear of speaking the truth, but now he has been removed with no real explanation. He is proof they are trying to silence anyone and everything — including those of us who are censored daily on social media platforms — that holds any conservative values.

This is not about which party you affiliate with; it is solely about right and wrong. It’s about truth over lies, it’s about protecting what so many gave their lives for. What more will it take for us to stop debating what side we are on and get on the side of right and truth?

Instead of doing so, we continue to allow our government to take our money and make stupid decisions. When it comes time to cast our votes to select people to work for us, many individuals make their voting right a low priority.

I only say that after witnessing it firsthand. Running one political campaign will open your eyes so much. Before doing so, I also lacked the enthusiasm to get involved in politics and speak in venues beyond my circle of family and friends.

My friend, my attitude has changed! If you haven’t participated in a campaign, I highly recommend it. You will never be the same!

Doing so opens our eyes to inaction and complacency, making us ask whether we really feel comfortable with just letting establishments continue to destroy our cities, states, and our nation at large. Are we okay with money continuing to control what our media puts out? Do we feel safe knowing that we are consistently lied to? How about the fact that our children can't just get an education, but they must be indoctrinated in what is supposed to be a safe place?

If these things don't light a fire in your soul to stand up and fight back, then take a step back, soak up all the circus fun, and let the real men and women show you how it’s done. We don’t have time for cowering, this is a time for warriors to take back our country!
