The daughter of country legend Wynonna Judd was placed in the Elmore County Jail on April 5 after being arrested by Millbrook authorities.
Grace Kelley, 27, is facing municipal charges of indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations.
According to court documents, Kelley exposed her breasts and lower body at a busy intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14. The report states Kelley did the action "to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of herself."
Police said she knew the actions would cause alarm.
As of Tuesday, Kelley had not posted the $1,000 bond she was given and was still behind bars.
This is not Kelley's first run-in with the law. She has past criminal charges in Alabama and Tennessee and was sentenced to prison for drug charges in 2017.
Kelley is considered innocent until proven guilty.
