The left-wing organization Bright Blue Dot, which celebrates liberal and progressive voters in red states, recently funded another billboard in Birmingham protesting President Donald Trump's visit next week to give the commencement address at the University of Alabama.
The Bright Blue Dots website boasts, "During election year 2016, between 50 and 60% of sales were donated to the Democratic presidential candidate and to organizations such as the Southern Poverty Law Center, the ACLU, National Resources Defense Council and Emily's List. Individuals may not feel their small donations can help. But banding together with others when Dot purchases are made gives a little more power to us all."
The new billboard calls Trump a "monster" and "felon" who "grabs UA by the diploma."

This is the latest billboard the group has funded throughout the Birmingham area in recent months. Earlier billboards criticized Elon Musk and U.S. Sen. Katie Britt (R-Montgomery) over budget cuts to the University of Alabama at Birmingham, U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn) over the price of eggs, and falsely claimed Britt and Tuberville had ties to Russia.
A University of Alabama spokesperson said this week the university was honored to be one of the schools Trump was visiting to deliver a spring commencement address.
