A Mobile County Grand Jury indicted four people in connection to the December 2023 death of Cailee Knight.
Knight was shot while she was asleep in a home in the 1000 block of Rhett Drive. Knight was taken to the hospital, where she died.
Ariel Curry, Tyrone Williams, Darius Lucky and Ricki Thier were indicted on two counts of capital murder. Curry, Williams and Thier were also charged with attempted murder/shooting into an occupied dwelling. They are being held without bond.
A fifth suspect was indicted, but Mobile County District Attorney Keith Blackwood said that person's identity could not be revealed at this time.
