Patriots First Alabama PAC announced it is endorsing Jim Zeigler for Secretary of State, Dale Strong for Congress, and Wendy Ghee Draper for State Senate in the upcoming Republican primary runoff election Tuesday.

“Jim Zeigler is a lifetime Christian Conservative with a proven record of service to the citizens of the state of Alabama always standing up for truth and integrity,” Patriots First PAC published on its website. “He started the grass roots movement against the toll bridge which would have placed an undue burden on citizens of Baldwin and Mobile County. Jim filed the initial ethics complaint that led to the resignation of Governor Bentley. Jim will greatly reduce the cost of Alabama's voter rolls so that they can be accessible and transparent. Jim will work to create a one-day voting policy. Jim will work to issue hand counted anti-counterfeit ballots and simple scanners to verify the count. Jim will take back our elections currently being run by 3rd party vendors. Jim will do everything in his power to protect Alabama's elections from federal overreach.”

Zeigler is running against State Rep. Wes Allen (R-Troy).

The conservative group also endorsed Madison County Commissioner Dale Strong in Alabama’s Fifth Congressional District.

“Dale Strong was born, raised and educated in the Madison County Alabama public school system, and nobody knows and loves the 5th district more than Dale,” the group wrote. “Dale was been a lifetime volunteer firefighter and first responder and still to this day goes out on calls.”  “In 1996, Dale was the youngest Republican elected official in the State of Alabama serving as a Commissioner for District 4 on the Madison County Commission.  In 2012, Dale was the first elected Republican Chairman of the Madison County Commission pledging to do more with less, and his conservative policies led to unprecedented growth for the area, and he did all this without raising one penny in taxes.  Under Dale Strong's leadership as Chairman of the Madison County Commission, the Huntsville/Madison County has been recognized as the best place in America to live and raise a family.

“Guided by his faith in God, Dale Strong has persevered through a tough campaign and he is a fighter that Alabama can be proud of,” Patriots first concluded."

Patriots First PAC has also endorsed Wendy Draper for State Senate District 12.

“Wendy has pledged to support our law enforcement and first responders ensuring they have the equipment and resources to protect our communities and perform their jobs safely," the PAC said in a statement.

"Wendy will fight to uphold our Constitution and protect our constitutional rights, including our 1st Amendment right to freedom of speech, our 2nd Amendment right to bear arms, and our 4th Amendment right to due process. She will protect election integrity and ensure we have free and fair elections in Alabama. Wendy believes in protecting the conservative morals and values from the liberal agenda and the cancel culture mentality. She will protect our state’s rights from federal overreach. Wendy will also introduce legislation to suspend the gas tax and grocery tax to promote policies that ease the burdens on the quality of life for Alabamians."

Draper is married to Jack Draper, the mayor of Anniston. The couple have three children."
