Scott Stantis lives in Birmingham and is currently the editorial cartoonist for The Chicago Tribune. He previously was the staff cartoonist for The Birmingham News, The Orange County Register, The Memphis Commerical Appeal, The Arizona Republic, USA Today and the Grand Rapids Press. Stantis also has created several comic strips, including The Buckets and Prickly City, and is past president of the Association of American Editorial Cartoonists.
