Bibb County assistant District Attorney Brian Jones revealed horrific details in a child sex trafficking ring uncovered in Bibb County.
1819 News first reported the case in May.
Andres Trejo-Velazquez, 29, of Brent, was arrested on April 30 and charged with six counts of first-degree human trafficking. He was accused of selling victims for sexual servitude from January 2024 until April 29.
According to court documents, the ages of the children at the time they were victimized range from two to 10.
The case went to the grand jury, which indicted Trejo-Velazquez and two others.
William Chase McElroy was indicted on 20 charges, including human trafficking, rape, sodomy and kidnapping.
Dalton Terrell was indicted on 22 charges, including kidnapping, rape and sodomy.
Prosecutors stated that the three operated out of an underground storm shelter located near Brent.
Jones told WVTM 13 the suspects drugged children and tied them to a bed.
"There were chairs and beds and things of that nature and the children were drugged by Mr. Trejo and tied to the bed, into the chair, into a pole,” Jones told the TV station. “And then people would come and pay money to have sex with these children."
Jones said he believes more victims and perpetrators could be involved. A fourth person has been indicted but not yet arrested.
