During a Thursday appearance on Fox Business Network's "Mornings with Maria," U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn) weighed in on the ongoing war between Israel and Iranian terrorist groups such as Hamas and Hezbollah.

The United States has supplied military supplies and funding to Israel after it came under attack in October 2023, but the Biden administration is reportedly divided over Israel’s recent military escalation against Hezbollah, and now, the administration has come under fire for delaying critical weaponry to Israel.

According to Tuberville, the White House is "riding the fence" with an election coming up because so many on the Democratic side are against Israel. He warned that would get Vice President Kamala Harris and other Democrats "beat at the polls."

"Oh, they're delaying weapons," Tuberville told host Maria Bartiromo. "They're riding the fence, Maria. Election coming up. They don't want to be seen as helping Israel because they need all these kids' votes all over the country. The number one thing that all these young people are looking at, these millennials, these Generation Z and X, they are on the Palestinian side. They are on the Hamas' side."

"[T]hey are riding the fence as much as they possibly can," he added.

"We know where they stand. They're globalists. They're not on Israel's side. This is not a birthday party Israel's fighting for. They're fighting for their damn country and the wellbeing and the existence of the Israel state. So, Biden-Harris, they're taking this very lightly, but they're riding the fence. It's going to get them in trouble. It's going to get them beat at the polls," Tuberville concluded.
