U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn) issued a dire warning Monday about the Biden administration's immigration policy and how it could lead to multiple terrorist attacks on American soil similar to 9/11.
In addition to having one of the "weakest" militaries he said he's ever seen due to the infiltration of "wokeness," Tuberville said on Newsmax TV's "The Balance" that given the millions of immigrants that have crossed America's southern border since Biden took office, it may be too late to reverse course.
"It's a complete disaster. People better wake up," Tuberville said. "Start calling your congressman, your senator. I don't care if you're a Republican or Democrat, we're going to lose our country, and I don't know whether we can stand another year of what's going on at the border."
"We've had hundreds and hundreds of terrorists come across the border," Tuberville continued. "And you know what? We could care less, not we, the Biden administration, it is going to get us in so much trouble."
He added, "We're gonna have a 9/11 attack every few weeks if we don't watch it. It is out of control. But this group could care less. You know, being a senator, you know, I'm not a senator. I was an educator, and I'm up here watching what's going on, and I'm thinking, you know, who cares? Who cares about the American people? Who cares about the taxpayers of this country? I can't find anybody on both sides of the aisle. It's about spending damn money, and I'm sick of it."
Tuberville said he expects the immigration crisis to get worse as the 2024 election approaches due to former President Donald Trump's promise to close the border if he wins the presidency.
