Have you ever noticed the cruel irony that some who cry out for conflict bring about harmony, while those who scream for peace – by the way they scream – seem to bring war?
The wicked game the devil plays is to pretend he is the morning star most high, that his legions will forever torment the world, and that the best a man can hope for is to see his enemies, himself, and the world die. But the true Morning Star Most High teaches us neither indifference nor despair – but to love and pray for all, even our enemies, caught in the devil’s snares....
Authentic peace is found in Jesus Christ alone. As I “mature” (i.e. age), I find that it is not the absence of trouble that provides peace – though I prefer trouble to stay away. It is the presence of Christ that gives us peace in circumstances that otherwise seem unbearable.

Maybe peace isn’t stillness. Maybe peace isn’t even something we “do” at all. Maybe peace simply “is.”

Charlie Kirk was martyred for living out and courageously sharing his faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ. He was put down because he was too good for this world. May we all strive to be so good that this world must put us down too.
Too many Americans have made politics their god. When we’re tempted to do likewise, we should remember all the other important beliefs, people, and things in our lives.
We have been dealing with Palestinian terrorism for decades. In fact, this past week marked another world event involving Palestinian terrorists.
We tend to spend too much time reflecting on politics, the problems of life and the opinions of others. While it is important to be a part of those things, we can’t let those things become us as a part of our innermost beings!

There’s enough chaos and confusion in this world and we don't need to add to it. Anything we can do to take away from that chaos is helpful.
