Like many Republican lawmakers, U.S. Rep. Barry Moore is still pushing for the U.S. Senate to pass the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act, even if it means ending the filibuster to do so.

Unfortunately, something I’ve noticed during my time in D.C. is that the swamp seems much more interested in preserving their own power than doing what’s right for the American people. The SAVE Act does not disenfranchise those legally entitled to vote. It only requires voter registrants to present proof that they are legally entitled to register. During a call with reporters on Thursday, U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn) discussed the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act (SAVE Act) and the Democratic Party's push to secure the vote of illegal aliens, partly led by Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.).

U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn) joined Fox Business host Larry Kudlow on Tuesday to discuss the increasing importance of passing and enacting the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act (SAVE Act).

U.S. Sen. Katie Britt (R-Montgomery) announced full support for the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act on Wednesday morning, ending weeks of speculation regarding her personal position on the bill.

Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall and the attorneys general of 21 other states urged the U.S. Senate to join the U.S. House and immediately support the Safeguard American Voter and Eligibility Act on Tuesday.
