Character may regulate behavior. Virtue forms citizens!

Social-emotional learning programs have been growing in popularity in public schools since the COVID-19 pandemic, but critics argue they’re really a Trojan horse to smuggle in woke ideologies. That’s why State Rep. Mack Butler (R-Rainbow City) has introduced legislation to ban SEL programs and training, similar to Alabama’s ban on DEI and other divisive concepts.

We need counselors and teachers who know our kids, not corporate psychiatrists, creating files and prescriptions behind closed doors.
