“They don’t think you know, but I know that you do…”

Oliver Anthony’s lyrics about the “Rich Men North of Richmond” made me think about COVID and the lies we were told. Because right now, the rich men north of Richmond are banking on us believing them all over again. They expect us to swallow their galaxy-sized lie that COVID's back – as if it disappeared – and we need to be safe and love our neighbors again.

So let’s get to it enforcing the standards, measures, and protocols that only they can imagine, all while making us pay for them! They are counting on us ignoring the combined 90 billion dollars that Big Pharma profiteered off of COVID, of course.

They hope we’ll forget that some of us had family members who died alone, men and women who took their last earthly breath in solitary confinement.

They hope we’ll forget that they stole an entire year of school progress from our kids, all while many of the nation’s education leaders sent their kids to fully functional private schools.

They hope we’ll forget that they changed their story about the vaccine and its effectiveness around 27 times – all with a straight face, and all while pretending that there are ZERO side effects. (Perhaps they forget that tiny little issue about the 2,000 athletes dropping dead since the vax was rolled out.)

They hope we’ll forget what they did to our doctors with their severe controls, lawsuits, and threats. They need us to forget that they invaded our exam rooms, stole our privacy, and secreted away our freedom.

The elites are counting on us to forget, and now they also need us to ignore the elephant in the room: Masks. The ones that don’t work. Never did. Never will.

But don’t tell these people in the picture below! Yes, this is dated Aug. 22, 2023, at 9:11 a.m. They're wearing what we KNOW does not work.

CDC Alabama News

Still, the good and wildly obedient Marxist folks at the CDC hope you'll believe that though they got it wrong last time, they'll get it right now! Just wait! You'll see!

Even the Alabama Department of Public Health – with their still unelected and still unaccountable Scott Harris, who has a fresh bump to his salary – has quietly promoted the vax. Who knows what he'll do if push comes to shove about masks?

Oh wait. We do. And it’s just a matter of time before he tries to shove them back on our faces.

He thinks you don't know, Alabama. But I know that you do.

He and the rest of big healthcare think we don't see them continuing to test for new variants. Or doggedly introducing new boosters. Or cheering on the TSA and their reported return to masks that are ineffective and potentially harmful.

They don't think we see them waving giant flags of congratulations to colleges nationwide who've quietly brought back the face diaper – hello, Auburn University and the professors you've allowed to demand that their students wear them!

Then, there's the last place on earth where we'd expect the rich men to be: the church, a fact painful for me to write. Some of them still don't think we see them, but we do.

Remember that far too many pastors had their parishioners hop aboard the “love-your-neighbor, wear-a-mask, get-the-jab” express. But so many churches said the same things because a man named Francis Collins coordinated this effort. As Megan Basham explained in her 2022 article, “How The Federal Government Used Evangelical Leaders To Spread COVID Propaganda To Churches,” Collins was operating on behalf of his good buddy, Anthony Fauci, who, along with Rick Warren, invaded the church and managed to get a massive swath of people on the “be obedient” bus.

But I have a question. Once the wool was pulled off our eyes, once we knew that COVID was about money and profits, did your pastors or leaders apologize for buying into the magnificent COVID lie? And when I say apologize, I don’t mean a blanket apology meant to cover the whole sordid thing. I mean the gritty, “here’s what I did, and I am very sorry” kind.

Without that apology, it means no one learned anything, and that we’ll end up right back where we started.

Do we want that?

Because men like Rick Warren and Francis Collins – along with the rich men north of Richmond, big pharma, big public health, and big government – are counting on us to forget what they said and did.

They never changed their tune about COVID. But we did. And we won’t forget.

“Lord knows they all just wanna have total control

Wanna know what you think, wanna know what you do

And they don't think you know, but I know that you do.”
