BamaCarry PAC made two endorsements over Labor Day weekend. On Saturday, the group endorsed Case Dixon for Congressional District 6. Dixon is challenging incumbent Gary Palmer (R-Hoover). On Monday, the group endorsed Andrew Sorrell for Secretary of State.

The PAC was announced in May, with BamaCarry saying in its newsletter, "We are proud to announce the formation of the BamaCarry Political Action Committee (PAC). With critical state-level elections on the horizon in 2026—including the offices of Governor, Lt. Governor, Attorney General, and every seat in both the Alabama State Senate and House—it's more important than ever that we elect lawmakers who will stand firm in defense of our gun rights."

According to the Secretary of State's website, the group has raised over $5,400 to date, primarily through small contributions from its members.

In a statement announcing their endorsement of Dixon, the PAC said, "We are thrilled to announce our endorsement of Case Dixon for U.S. Congress in Alabama's District 6! As a passionate advocate for the Second Amendment, Case truly understands the essence of our God-given right to keep and bear arms. He stands firm in his commitment to protect our freedoms and defend our values."

"In these pivotal times, we need leaders like Case who not only talk the talk but walk the walk when it comes to safeguarding our rights. With his unwavering dedication and deep understanding of what it means to be a true defender of liberty, Case is the candidate we can trust to represent us in Washington," the group explained.

In a separate statement, the group endorsed Sorrell, saying, "Alabama, it's time to take a stand for our rights and our future! Andrew Sorrell, our trusted State Auditor and former State Representative for District 3, is running for Secretary of State—and he is the leader we need!"

"With a proven track record as a strong advocate for the 2nd Amendment, Andrew has tirelessly fought for our freedoms and stood side by side with BamaCarry. Andrew was instrumental in the passing the permitless carry bill, empowering Alabamians to protect themselves and their loved ones," the statement continued.
