This is part 3 of a 3-part series on Critical Race Theory (CRT) to help you effectively dismantle its racist and anti-God assertions. Each editorial will lean on quotes from America’s greatest thinker, writer and speaker on liberty and human rights, Frederick Douglass:

Is there such a thing as absolute truth?

There’s either absolute truth, something that’s true 100% of the time, or there isn’t. Take the law of mathematics for instance. If two plus two did not always equal four, the effects on our civilization would be catastrophic. The design and construction of secure and safe buildings would be impossible. And the laws of science wouldn’t mean anything. As a result, the world in which we live would be in a constant state of conflict and confusion.

If there is no absolute truth, social revolutions can evolve. And that, my friends, is what Marxist-Liberals are trusting and aiming for.

Thankfully, absolute truth exists.

To advance the thought that there is no absolute truth, the Left is determined to fundamentally transform the social institutions of our culture; in particular, the beliefs and traditions of the Judeo-Christian religion.

Why? Because God and communism cannot co-exist. If there’s no absolute truth, there’s no God. Make no mistake about it! CRT is, at its core, the silencing of truth and making God irrelevant and unimportant. CRT is about making people bow down to the altar of the almighty government and not to God Almighty.

French writer Alex de Tocqueville, after visiting America in 1831, said, “I sought for the greatness of the United States in her commodious harbors, and her ample rivers, her fertile fields, and boundless forests ─ it was not there. I sought for it in her rich mines, her vast world commerce, her public school system, and in her institutions for higher learning ─ and it was not there. I looked for it in her democratic Congress and her matchless Constitution ─ and it was not there. Not until I went into the churches of America and I heard her pulpits flame with righteousness did I understand the secret of her genius and power. America is great because America is good, and if America ever ceases to be good, America will cease to be great!”

Thank God for the literary legacy of Frederick Douglass to help us understand the truth, refute the lies and expose the cruel agenda of Marxism.

ASSERTION #3: There Are No Absolutes – Frederick Douglass warned us in his 1850 speech, The Nature of Slavery, that:

“The first work of slavery is to mar and deface those characteristics of its victim which distinguish men from things, and persons from property. Its first aim is to destroy all sense of high moral and religious responsibility. It reduces man to a mere machine. It cuts him off from his Maker, it hides him from the laws of God, and leaves him to grope his way from time to eternity in the dark, under the arbitrary and despotic control of frail, depraved, and sinful fellowmen.”

By now you no doubt get the point. The “frail, depraved, and sinful fellowmen” of today are Marxist-Liberals. Communism is slavery. It forces its citizens to become slaves of the state by changing their private worship from God to government.
