An investigation is currently underway in Montgomery after five people, including two juveniles, were shot on Wednesday evening.
Police say the shooting occurred on the 1000 block of Liberty Square Drive. Law enforcement responded after being notified around 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
Three men and two juveniles were found with gunshot wounds at the scene: one man and a juvenile sustained life-threatening injuries. The remaining two men and juvenile victims were not as seriously wounded.
Police have yet to announce suspects or arrests in the case, and no further details have been given.
This is the most recent example of a troubling trend in the state's capital city of juveniles getting caught up in violent crime.
