U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-Auburn) blasted President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris on Tuesday after Biden insulted millions of Americans by calling them "garbage" for supporting Donald Trump in the upcoming election.
Biden's comments came during a Harris campaign call with Voto Latino. After referencing a joke told during Trump's Madison Square Garden rally Sunday referring to Puerto Rico as an island of "garbage," Biden reportedly said, "Donald Trump has no character. …The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters."
Tuberville was quick to call out Biden and Harris for the insult.
"This is what the Biden-Harris administration thinks of Americans. They hate you...and they don't even try to hide it anymore. America needs a real leader that loves her. America needs [Donald Trump."
The Democrats' rhetoric toward Trump and his supporters has grown more hostile as the November 5 election approaches, with many calling him a fascist and comparing his recent rally to a Nazi convention.
