No. 21 Auburn fends off Troy in Wednesday night clash

Despite three home runs from the Trojans (28-11-1), No. 21 Auburn (30-12) was able to pick up its second win in a row and 30th of the season, taking down Troy 7-5 in a midweek nonconference matchup.

Hugh Freeze brings new format to A-Day, tries to manage expectations ahead spring game

In a week where Auburn head coach Hugh Freeze has suggested doing away with the traditionally A-Day format in favor of state scrimmages, such as Auburn-UAB and Alabama-Troy, the first-year head coach is bringing his own changes to A-Day on the Plains.

Bryson Ware on Golden Spikes Award Midseason Watchlist; Auburn prepares for Texas A&M

Bryson Ware has been one of Auburn's top weapons at the plate this season, and now he is receiving some recognition for it. USA Baseball announced on Wednesday that Ware has been named to theGolden Spikes Award Midseason Watchlist. The watchlist includes 45 of the nation's best college and high school baseball players, and Ware is the sixth Tiger to be named to the list since 2016.

Auburn baseball comeback falls short in loss to UAB

In another game in which Auburn (18-10-1, 3-5 SEC) trailed early in the contest, the comeback fell short as the Tigers could not overcome an early 4-0 deficit to UAB (10-18, 3-5 C-USA) falling 6-5 to the Blazers in Birmingham.

Auburn baseball loses second SEC series of the season

Everything went right for the Tigers during game one in Gainesville. Auburn's pitching staff held the Gators to just three hits on the way to a 10-1 victory over No. 2 Florida. Then Auburn was outscored 29-13. over games two and three.

Suni Lee refocuses on 2024 Olympics after Auburn gymnastics career was cut short

Auburn football lands fourth commitment of 2024 class

Cadillac has done it again. Auburn has landed another highly-ranked running back prospect for the fifth class in a row. The latest class had Jeremiah Cobb, and the Tigers' 2024 class now has J'Marion"Phat" Burnette. The running back from Andalusia chose Auburn over Alabama, Georgia, Florida State and Penn State among others.

Auburn gymnastics heads to LA for NCAA Regionals as No. 3 seed

No. 12 Auburn’s journey back to the Final Four will run through Los Angeles. The Tigers will be the No. 3 seed in the NCAA Gymnastics Los Angeles Regional, which will be hosted by UCLA and held from March 29 to April 1.

Auburn baseball swept in first SEC series

It was a rough start to the SEC slate for Auburn baseball, as the No. 18 Tigers suffered their first sweep of the season against No. 3 Arkansas in Fayetteville. Auburn was outscored  21-5, including one shutout.

Stevens shines again as Auburn gymnastics wins Session I, finishes 5th at SEC Championship

Fresh off of being named the SEC Gymnastics Scholar-Athlete of the Year, senior Cassie Stevens did not skip a beat during Session I of Saturday’s SEC Championship meet. Stevens took home the all-around title for Session I  with 9.9 or above in all four events, earning her seventh all-around score of 39.500 or above with a 39.650.

Auburn offense stalls in second half, Tigers fall to Houston 81-64

Auburn went ice cold from everywhere in the second half and is once again out of the NCAA Tournament in the second round, falling to the Cougars 81-64.

Auburn enters SEC Championship without Suni Lee; Senior class leads the way

Auburn has already made the trip to Duluth for the SEC Championships, and as the Tigers prepare for their afternoon class with three of the top eight SEC teams, they will be without Suni Lee.

Auburn looks for first win against Houston in over 60 years

For the 11th time in 12 trips to the NCAA Tournament, Auburn basketball will be in the second round. The Tigers have not lost a first-round matchup since their first-ever appearance in the tournament, a one-point loss to Richmond in 1984. Auburn is moving on, and to right the wrongs of last season and make it to the second weekend, the team will have to make it through one of the best teams in the country, No. 1 Houston(32-3, 17-1 AAC).
