In January 2022, Dr. Naomi Wolf published an article entitled, “Is it Time for Intellectuals to Talk About God?” Wolf asked this question because it appeared to her that supernatural forces were aiding human efforts against freedom in our country.
It has been time for intellectuals and every American with a functioning brain to think and talk about God and pray to Him since before the founding of our country, especially during the last 110 years. But I believe God also expects us to use the gifts He has given us to help ourselves.
Benjamin Franklin exhorted our founders to seek God for help during the U.S. Constitutional Convention, and He helped them produce a document which they used to establish the greatest land of freedom and individual rights that ever existed. Frederick Douglass, the greatest thinker, speaker, and writer about freedom and human rights in U.S. history, recognized that fact after studying the U.S. Constitution and reading the notes from the Constitutional Convention. In July 1852, Douglas delivered his most famous speech, “What to the Slave is the Fourth of July?” In this speech, Douglass referred to the U.S. Constitution as “a glorious liberty document.”
After those chosen to lead our country failed to follow the will of God and some important intentions of our founders, the U.S. Civil War broke out. Shortly after, Americans ratified three amendments, the 13th, 14th, and 15th, to the U.S. Constitution establishing in the written law of our land what should have been accomplished earlier.
A few short decades later, American leaders enacted the Federal Reserve Act and ratified three more amendments, the 16th, 17th, and 18th, which violated the established U.S. Constitution. These amendments have helped forces against freedom in our country subvert the will of God and the intentions of our founders ever since. Only one of these amendments, the 18th, has been repealed.
These laws helped subject Americans to the apparently multiple hoaxes of the Great Depression, transforming our country and damaging the ability of the United States to secure our equal God-given freedom and rights ever since.
For more than 50 years, chosen leaders of our country and globalist/Marxist elites have used another apparent hoax, this time about global warming/climate change, to help turn many of our government’s actions against the nation, diminishing the protection of our God-given equal freedom and rights. It is common sense that we should not recklessly degrade the earth that God has given us, but He also put it here for us to use.
More recently, we have been witnessing relentless attacks upon a former president, who took effective actions to follow the laws and will of God and the intentions of our founders. Mixed with the pandemic panic and deaths of millions that prompted Wolf’s writing, along with the apparent huge democracy and election fraud that removed him from office, great damage has been inflicted upon our country by a federal government weaponized against our freedom.
Americans used their God-given abilities to resist slavery, segregation, and socialism, never giving up. We must now pray to God for His help, and use the abilities He has given us to resist and overcome the socialist and globalist religion to which we are being subjected, before it can completely destroy our country’s ability to secure our God-given equal freedom and rights.
