A lawsuit filed by Baldwin County Bridge Company in October 2022 against Alabama Department of Transportation director John Cooper was officially dismissed Thursday.
The Alabama Department of Transportation will complete the purchase of the Beach Express toll bridge this week and traffic changes will go into effect immediately.
