During an appearance on Mobile radio FM Talk 106.5, AL-5 hopeful Casey Wardynski shrugged off the attacks about CRT and tied it to Huntsville being under a federal court's order to fulfill certain obligations because of segregation long before he arrived on the scene.
In a statement given to 1819 News on Tuesday, Sen. Tom Whatley's (R-Auburn) legal team explained the decision not to pursue a recount and to put Senate District 27 challenge in the hands of GOP officials "to ensure that all Republican votes are counted."
Andrew Sorrell and Stan Cooke are both running in the Republican primary runoff for State Auditor. The two candidates were in a debate on Tuesday in Gardendale. Voters will get to decide on June 21.
“Casey is honored to have the endorsement of the Associated Builders and Contractors of North Alabama. During an interview with Mobile radio FM Talk 106.5's "The Jeff Poor Show," Strong said the fight to keep the Air Force's plans to relocate Space Command Headquarters to Huntsville was not over.
"During my campaign for U.S. Senate Mo Brooks was a fellow candidate with a conservative voting record who I could trust," Moore said. "I am personally voting for Congressman Mo Brooks and support him in his campaign for U.S. Senate.”
