Another SEC matchup coming up and it is another must-win for the Tigers. Auburn welcomes Ole Miss(10-17, 2-12 SEC) to Neville Arena this week as only four games remain before the SEC Tournament.

In a big day for the SEC, with a huge win for Alabama and a critical victory for Kentucky in Rupp, Auburn’s NCAA Tournament resume took a significant blow with a loss to Vanderbilt in Nashville.

Auburn is back in the win column after an impressive 89-56 victory, as the road to the NCAA Tournament continues.

The Georgia Bulldogs were the worst team in the SEC last season, but that did not the No. 1 Tigers from dueling with their familiar foes in a contest that had every fan on the edge of their seat until a Wendell Green, Jr. layup saved the day for Auburn and preserved that No. 1 ranking for a bit longer.

The Tigers (10-2) defeated the Washington Huskies (9-4, 1-1 PAC-12) 84-61 to complete their west coast trip and head home for Christmas Break.
