U.S. Rep. Barry Moore (R-Enterprise) joined a letter with nine of his congressional colleagues calling on Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin to end the military's vaccine mandate.
Last month during an appearance on CNN's "State of the Union," Secretary of Veterans Affairs Denis McDonough left open the possibility of VA hospitals offering abortion services in states where the procedure is banned.

“This unconstitutional mandate won’t make Americans any safer and will instead result in the disarming of thousands of lawful gun owners who simply want to protect their families and exercise their constitutional rights,” said Rep. Barry Moore.

“This $280 billion unpaid-for bill is a wasted opportunity to combat aggression by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and ignores the record levels of inflation American families are facing,” said Rep. Palmer.

The United States House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly in favor of legislation that would federally codify the right to same-sex marriage.
“The recent Executive Order from the Biden Administration defending the right to terminate the lives of unborn children up until the moment of birth is further proof of how extreme and beyond the mainstream Biden and Washington Democrats have moved on abortion," said Rep. Moore.
“Our military’s role is to protect our Constitutional rights and the American way of life from our enemies at home and abroad, and any bill that undermines those foundational pillars not only harms our national defense but dilutes what makes our nation so worthy of defending. No amount of money authorized to spend on bases or weapons programs could compensate for such dangerous policy missteps that destabilize our nation," Rep. Moore said explaining his decision to oppose the House version of the NDAA.
“I understand the necessity of delivering on our responsibility to honor the sacrifices of our servicemembers and care for them when they return home, and this bill helps us fulfill that responsibility. I thank my colleagues on the House Veterans Affairs Committee for their hard work on this legislation,” said Rep. Moore.

Democrats’ unconstitutional and barbaric legislation demonstrates how radical the pro-abortion movement has become and would end thousands of innocent lives if signed into law.," Rep.
